Yeah, just import it from a site that has it. If you ever watched the Anime, you won't be disappointed with it.

CLANNAD is one of the best Visual Novels out there! Would recommend getting it, if you can play it on your console.

I love Visual Novels, but here's the thing... I don't understand Japanese so how will I know what's going on if I can't understand the language? Is there a English subtitles option or something in the game?

For any Jap game or any other import just check ebay. Ebay has lot's of game from all over the world.
