Scores on the Board & tabletopper glich? how to unlock this cheevo if it hasnt

i got both and they didnt unlock. i then went to the leaderboards,and as soon as i got to the point where i saw where i was on the leaderboards both cheevos unlocked. the tabletopper one took a tad longer;i looked at two leader boards where i was ranked on,on the second it unlocked. i did pass this on today to a freind who hasnt played the game in ages and alough he had scored enough to get the cheevo it hadnt unlocked. after passing this on he looked at the leaderboards and the cheevo unlocked.

on pc worked last month coz i got them
