Road Map
KrissX is a word puzzle arcade title that any fan of anagram's and wordplay should get decent enjoyment out of.The 200 is very easily obtainable with good knowledge of the English language but also even easier if you use an anagram solver such as the one provided in the link below :-

Anagram Solver

You don't have to use that one but it's the first that came up on Google and works simply and effectively.

Your playthrough is very straightforward.Start out in Quest Mode and start making those words.It's probably easier to get the Time Peril sooner than later as the early stages of Quest mode are very simple but get trickier later on,thus,it's easier to make the time back up once you have obtained your achievement earlier on.

Just keep working your way through Quest mode and you will rack up all of the achievements,all being well,just after finishing level 100+ of Quest mode.Keep an eye out for long words as these are great for causing cascade bonuses which will help towards badges and achievements.

If you find yourself running low on time,remember,you can always pause the game and still view a very large portion of the screen.This gives you time to check using your anagram solver and then fill in the blanks quickly,thus saving and earning valuable seconds of time with which to continue the Quest mode.

As said,the game is very easy.The only tough achievement I found was collecting all badges and that's more time consuming than difficult.All the badges should come by playing Quest mode barring the "Pondering" badges.You can easily get these by booting up a special game and leaving your game running while you watch a film or something.You can only earn one at a time so finish the puzzle off every 15 mins and you should get them all.Come back after 30 mins,finish the puzzle and you should be done.

Achievements

First Gold 5
Earn the first gold badge.

This should be your first achievement in the game.Solve the puzzle as quickly as possible,aiming to keep your multiplier high and collecting all bonus tokens and you should pop this easily.

First Platinum 10
Earn the first platinum badge.

Same as Gold,you may unlock the two at the same time.Just remember,speed,least number of moves and keeping your multipliers are key to big scores.On the earlier puzzles,these should prove very easy.

First Ultimate 15
Earn the first ultimate badge.

A little harder to earn than the previous two but very very possible you will unlock all three at the same time early on.If not,don't worry,you are guaranteed one as you progress through the story.

Time Attack 15
Unlock Time Attack mode.

This will unlock very early into your Quest Mode career.Just keep completing the puzzles and you will unlock the mode and it's respective badge.

Timeless 20
Unlock Timeless mode.

Again,this unlocks during your travels through Quest Mode so cannot be missed.You also obtain the badge at the same time.

Cascade 10
Complete 3 words in a puzzle with Cascade Bonuses.

Nowhere near as difficult as it may sound.Look for the longest word in the puzzle,preferably with hidden letters and solve it.You will almost certainly get a 2 or 3 word cascade from this.Don't fret though,if you can't seem to get it,you will almost certainly unlock it by fluke down the line.I've sometimes completed an entire puzzle in cascade from only solving 1 or 2 words.

10,000 Combo 10
Score a 10,000+ point combo.

Really easy to get this one.You will score this naturally during a big cascade and by collecting tokens after finishing a word.The higher your multiplier,the bigger you score so solve quickly to maintain it.

Wildfire 15
Complete 2 words with a Wildfire Bonus.

A Wildfire bonus is earned when you complete a word which is glowing bright red and sparkly.Simply hit two of these in one puzzle to unlock the achievement.You do need to be quick on these.

Extreme Wildfire 20
Complete all the words in a puzzle with a Wildfire Bonus.

Best unlocked earlier in my opinion as the words are shorter and only usually require 1 or 2 at most letter swaps to complete.You basically need to complete all words in the puzzle when they are on Wildfire bonus as mentioned above.You don't need to finish the last word under Wildfire as I got the achievement when the last word was normal (can anyone else clarify this?).

Another even easier way to do this is to start up one of the special puzzles and make it so that every word is 1 swap away from complete.Then just wait for the glowing and quickly speed through them.If you are eagle eyed enough,you can cascade the lot and finish in seconds.

Happy at 50 25
Progress to Stage 50 in Quest Mode.

As far as I am aware,quest mode is infinite so reaching level 50 is very straightforward and should only take an hour or two at most if you're quick.You need to get to level 100 at least for the badges so just keep playing away.Try and finish puzzles quickly to give you more time for the later stages.

Time Peril 15
Complete a puzzle with less than 1 second on the clock!

This has to be done in Quest Mode and is best done early as it is then much easier to make the time back up.However it is also quite doable later on after you've finished all your badges.Just make sure that you complete the last word when the clock is UNDER 1 second.I got it on 0.9 secs.

All Badges 30
Earn all the badges.

This is the time consuming one.You need to earn every badge in the game.Not as tough as it sounds just takes a while.The only badge I was unsure of how exactly you obtained was the "Quickfire" badge.I can confirm now thanks to namel3ss gamer that it is through solving words and a puzzle quickly.Fire up a special game and you can win these in just over a minute easily.A full list of badges can be found at the below link :-

thanks for the guide, i tried the demo yesterday, not a bad game. i wonder if the german version is as easy as the original one. sometimes they mess it up with all the translations and stuff...

I'd be interested to know that, as the UK English version still uses the US English spellings in much the same way that Coffeetime Crosswords does which makes some words trickier than they should be

Thanks for the guide BTW, I only have the last 2 ponderer badges to get for 200/200, and at least I know what to do know; start a game tonight then switch over and watch QI for half an hour...

I just got my 200 today, and i don't know if its the same for everyone else but... the last 3 badges i needed were the gold, platinum and ultimate ponderer badges, and i had to get them all individually. You can't bag them all at the same time.

For example you cant leave the game for an hour come back and get all three at once, it only gives you the gold. Once i realised this I left it 15 mins for gold, came back solved the puzzle, then left it 30 mins for platinum and 45 for ultimate.

As i say I'm not certain its the same for everyone, but it might be worth including if it is

I think you're spot on there.I'll add that in asap,thanks.I'm just one badge missing and it's the ultimate quickfire badge.I am praying it's not bugged on me cause I've finished quest mode to level 100,I answer most puzzles amazingly quick and I've not got it.Does anyone know what it's tied to cause it's doing my head in :/

And for the ultimate quickfire badge, I believe I got it when i played the countries special game, there are lots of answers to get in each puzzle, and if you know your countries they are really really easy so you can fire out the answers left right and centre

Thanks for finding out the pondering stuff guys, I was going crazy. Although, one quick question.

You can do these in timeless mode right?

Just a point, the time peril achievement doesn't have to be done in quest mode: If you are anything like me and were worrying about having to wait out 25-30 minutes then don't! I did it in the time attack mode: (from level 1 this was the first time I played it) instantly do the first word then words 2 and 3 I did with under one second left and to my surprise it popped

One of the easiest 200s there are! Besides leaving the puzzles going for the Pondering badges the rest is under 3 hours - sweet

The Ultimate Quickfire is the only one I'm missing. I get perfects in the countries special (46 was the highest score) and nothing unlocks. Anyone knows the cutoff here?

I honestly think you need a LOT of really quick solves for this.Failing that,it means you need to solve the entire puzzle quickly.With practice,it's easy to do the whole thing in a couple of minutes or under and I can promise your badge will unlock eventually.It just feels like an eternity.

You probably refer to the multiplier badge and not to quickfire. However it doesn't make a difference how quick you are and how high the multiplier is for quickfire.

I'm such an idiot. You're right ponypo2001 and I was horribly wrong. I mistook quickfire with the token badge wich I already had of course. At least I have a pretty decent 53-score for getting the tokens right?

Not sure if anyone needs the info, but you need either a X10 or a X11 multiplier for the Ultimate Multiplier badge. >_> I didn't get it at X9, at least.
