few ways to help make dr. wily a little easier: first incarnation- solar flare against outer piratish? shell, water shield against the second half. second incarnation- chill spikes on regular wily ship. If anyone else has any suggestions please comment!

Or you can just use his weaknesses, that makes it pretty easy as well.
