A Friend In Need Achievement

I have no idea what's going on with this achievement for me. No matter what I do, it doesn't unlock. Is there something specific I have to do or is it possible this achievement has glitched on me?

Just grab Chens hand as hes getting dragged into the hole. If it doesnt work I would say its glitched, I would try it a few times more and if it doesnt work I would have to suggest deleting the game files and restarting.
