It won't load up. keeps crashing any ideas?

I thought mine was going to it took like a minute to load and just went to black screen. Hopefully they will fix it for other later. I'm afraid to get out of the game now for fear I might not get back in til they fix it.

the problem you all are experiencing is that you probably havnt downloaded the kinect fun labs it is only compatible with the kinect fun labs. it comes with four gadgets.

The only thing I can see on the DASH to download is KINECT FUN LABS but this isnt loading?? I thought you only get the apps thru starting up FUN LABS so I cant get the apps as it keeps crashing on start up =(

Deleting it off of my hard drive and reinstalling worked for me.

I cant just leave it though because I start up KINECT FUN LABS and the usual kinest stuff comes up like close ur curtains etc and then the screen goes black and instead of the game (or in this case FUN LABS) starting up it stays black for about 5-10sec then comes back to dashboard... just seems strange when we're downloading the same 'file' as everyone else and yet its not starting up for us =(

I had a problem with Build a Buddy and bobbleheads not downloading. The download would start but if I left the screen and went back to active downloads it would be gone. I did it them to eventually download but when the DL started I never left the screen with the progress.

Well ur further than me then cause I cant even get to the hub to get the apps cause FUN LABS as a whole wont start up... im deleting it off my hdd again and gonna try once more =)
