Master League

I have problem with my footballers. Almost everyone have purple or blue arrow when I go to game plan before match (it's say how form they have in this match). Anyone know what I should do to take them to higher form. I don't know, maybe I must give them higher salary. Please help and sorry for my English.

Are you winning many matches in a row? I always thought it was to do with consistency of winning and tiredness?

It can always have something to do with their fatigue, I suggest giving a few players a rest. In my master league, Theo Walcott was always getting blue arrows, I gave him three games off and then it rose to red every week for a month.
