Microphone Calibration...

Is anyone else having trouble with the microphone calibration? I will completely mimic Michaels' voice and I also follow the "bouncing blue ball" perfectly, but it still shows me missing words? I dont understand. Its almost as if I need to be ahead of the actual song. A lot of the time, I will miss the first word in the line of lyrics. Has anyone else had this trouble? Thanks!

Also, I used both my guitar hero mic and my rockband mic and seen no difference.

why I have the same problem but I have to use the kinect and or the headset as my mic for some reason dont work with the MJ E

As it just stays flashing green lights and doesn't do anything else what so ever

To save making a new thread for the same issue, did anyone find a solution to it? I turn the microphone up and I can hear my voice being an echo, so it's as if the standard however-many-millisecond lag that the Kinect has is translating to the microphone signal as well, which doesn't make any sense at all!
