for I 25... tho Nei helped me get the lvl30 achievement early

Rolf was 31 for me, rest of the party was 28ish. I did have to play with save states quite a bit to get Dark Force down. Mother Brain, much easier.

I saw that some people were getting stuck on Dark Force so I leveled Rolf up to 35 to learn the Megid technique, then I used that tech with star mists to beat Dark Force and Mother Brain with relative ease- starting to think I could've got away with much less grinding now, haha.

I was going to do that, grinding to 35 atm.
