Can't get image from Hauppauge?

I was recording with my hauppauge when i decided to change the settings from 720 to 1080P, the signal went dead. I got nothing from the Xbox or the hauppauge. I turned off my Xbox. When i turned it on, the hauppauge would not get the image from the Xbox. So i plugged in my HDMI cord to change the setting back to 720 then plugged in the Composite cables, but still nothing. I don't know what to do help. The Xbox is turned on and i get no image on the Hauppauge. Thanks.
