Item DLC

Possibly a very stupid question here, but I keep seeing references to an item pack DLC, but can't find it anywhere in the marketplace or in-game. Am I missing something, or has it been taken down?

I am also curious as to where this Item pack is that is being referenced. I haven't found it anywhere either. My guess is that it has been removed.

I haven't personally tried this. But from what I heard when you attempt to use an item and you have none remaining, you will be prompted if you want to purchase more. You do not buy it like normal DLC. You will get 10 of every item for the purchase.
