Heisman as a freshman

I heard if you adjust sliders the ach won't pop. Is this true? I didn't adjust roster sliders, but I did adjust AI sliders. Thanks

I didn't get it and I forgot I had adjust the sliders the other day. Was about to post why I didn't get achievement but it looks like I found my answer.

EDIT: Just simmed again without AI sliders. Still didn't get it

Any help?
