help with flying

Hi So I see I need to do 4-5 missions on realstic to veteran but having really hard time as I crash about ever mintue it seems :S any tips or even if people can help me in the spec ops type mode would be awesome

I started this game 2 days ago, i'm done with campain,i still need all the other achievments.Hit me up if u want, we can do some together.
