For this achievement do you have to be the top scorer on each map or can you just win on teamdeath match on each map an that count? I have 23 overall wins (11 single and 12 team) and don't have the achievement. I thought I won on each map.

Edit: Got it. Apparently I never won on Defcon. Probably why it's my least favorite map. Anyways, I got it by winning a death match, so I still don't no the actual answer to the question if anyone else is wondering.

As long as your team wins in TDM it counts for this achievement.

An easy way to get this is to set up a custom match with a friend.
Set a custom match 5 mins max or 100 points (10 kills).
Start on first map (1 of 6) and take it in turn to win on each map and then move onto the next.

This will also help towards over kills as well and number of online games. It will take about an hour or slightly less if one person can knock out 10 kills quickly.
