How do you get an "A" ranking?

Just wondering if anyone knows exactly whats required for "A" ranks? Is it finishing within a time limit or what? I finished the slalom passing through all slalom points and finished first and still no "A" rank. Any tips?

For downhill salaom is all about time, for ever flag you miss it adds one second, for the first stage I got a "a" ranking when I hit 1.10.33 not hard with the right board

I just did freerace at 1:23:99 for the level 1 race with a A ranking

And for trick race I got 11000 for level one for another a ranking

I just got "A" just now, how? I got 31/32 flags and won as 1st place and my time was 1:18 as total !

so I got the achievement !

DownHill salaom I hit 1.10.33 but someone hit 1:18 and got it so I say its 1:20.

Jump: You need 1500 feet in total.
Trick Race" I hit 11020 and before that run I hit 9500 so its somewhere between there
Balloon Bust its 3000
and Race I hit 1:23.99 and before that I hit 1:33 so I would say its 1:25 or 1:30

Thanks for the info, do you remember which boards you used for them or can you at least recommend some good boards and what you needed to do to unlock them? Thanks!

I used the advance board for awhile whick is just get to level 4+ in any even will give u a advance board I also used when I got it the special board for landing 300 jumps in a row or the pop 7 balloons in one jump board

Trick Score:

Free Race:
Shellfish Stairs - 1'06''924

These are the ones i completed to get my 1000/1000. Hope this helps. I usually used Krystale or Glopeo with the special board that i got from a 300yd jump

For the Free Race one I recommend doing the 2nd level (the Jungle one). While you're boarding down the river, there are numerous shortcuts along the banks that will dramatically decrease your time. I did the run in about 1min. 20sec.
