Do the 300 wins (and other cheevs) need to be done against the CPU?

I think I tried to do it against a second controller, but it comes up "Achievements will not count" etc or something to that effect. Better to be safe than sorry, so I continued with games against the computer. Games online definitely count towards your 300. If you have two copies (two 360's too) you could score once and let time run out. Or, if you have a nice friend, get them to help you out.

I'd say the random achievements (non season) can be done online.
