Finding online matches

I'm from Australia and can't seem to find a single online match is there certain times when matches are running?
Also is it possible to create a public match?

Man I was going to grab this but if you can't get a game I might not.

Try going on in the mornings that's when its night in America, keep in mind probably not that many people play it. I don't know if there is a search option for locale but if so make sure its set to open or worldwide or whatever.
