Summary:
Very easy DLC, it is of note that you can reload the chapter called The Saboteurs and get 85 kills in a little over a minute which is great for The Beast achievement. The guys come flooding in from the corner. I have not been able to mount the gun that is there because when I do they stop coming. Just use your main gun, shoot at the corner and rack up kills.

Men of the people25 Escort all hostages to safety.

Requires you to save all the hostages in Chapter 9. The ones that you have to save all come with a cut scene. There are also two towards the end of the chapter that require you to shoot out some wooden beams to allow them safe passage. 6 rescued and 2 safe passage.


Pick a new face15 There are some bad ass masks lying around the city. Find one or two to change your look.

Requires you to find masks. The easiest one to find is the one that is in a PMC box when rescuing the final two hostages in Chapter 9. There are also people who have said that they received the achievement at the beginning of Chapter 8 and a mask was given to them. Cannot confirm as I had to find the one in Chapter 9.


Hit & Miss50 Complete Chapter 8 on any difficulty level.

Just finish Mission 8. I would suggest doing it on Contractor difficulty simply because if you purchased the DLC you have to complete all 9 chapters in Contractor difficulty to receive Hardcore achievement


Train wrecked50 Complete Chapter 9 on any difficulty level.

Just finish mission 9. Once again, it can be done on any difficulty, however I suggest Contractor so you can get Hardcore


Paging Dr Wu35 Dr. Wu is digging up some intel for you. Make sure he stays alive long enough to find it.

Dr. Wu makes a repeat appearance in Chapter 8 and has to be protected while hacking computer. He is on the other side of the area, but he won't get shot at. Finish that section called Protect your Assets.


Good Guys25 Meilin Jun betrayed the civilian resistance but if it's of no consequence to you, let her live.

Meilin Jun is the only morale decision that you have to make in Chapter 9. Letting her live gives you this achievement. Killing her gives you...


Good fellas25 Meilin Jun is a snitch and a traitor. Give her what she deserves.

This is where the chapter reload comes in handy. Reload Do or Die and just do the opposite.


Can it really be that simple?25 You've got a chance to take out Jonah, the leader of the FDI. Don't blow it.

In Chapter 8, section called Fooled Again you get a chance to shoot Jonah. Head shot him and the achievement is yours.

Yeah, no offense to the OP, but seeing this guide just seriously pissed me off. It doesn't deserve a guide, nor does it deserve ANYONE to actually put more money in EA;s pocket for this content.

I think you mean people shouldn't put anymore of their money into EA for anything not just this DLC.

thanks for the guide i just got the game from gamefly so the dlc chieves popped for me with no issues since i hadent played versus yet.

i got the 250 for the dlc, but probably wont get the original 1000.

do you seriously have to do the dlc chapters on contractor to get hardcore!?!?

this seems suspect for the simple reason that i downloaded the dlc before getting "touch not a cat but a glove", and seeing as there are cats in both chapters 8 and 9 youd expect to have to get those too. However the achievement popped after getting the cat in chapter 7?

btw this wasnt meant to demean your guide, but i just wanted to know if this has been proven, or whether this was assumed through logic? (a la the cat situation).

i got the mask achieve VERY early in chapter 8! like after i shot the two guys through the window.

Nobody said the guide was bad, they are just really upset that they can't use this great guide to get the achievements ea fucked up

yea i do hate me some glitched achieves as well. ive lost over 400 points i guess on glitched cheves.

i think the two levels are VERY good. if ya like the main campaign you will totally like the dlc. if you are against the game from the beginning then of course avoid it...

Yeah good guide. But I'm one among many who can't get the DLC achievements because EA fucked up in the first place. Anyway, still hoping and dreaming a patch will be made!

Good guide. Achievements weren't too complicated to get unless you played online first i guess. Good thing I just rented this game. I'll save online play for last once I'm done getting what I need from the campaign. Also, I did get a mask early in mission 8. Down the stairs in the ammo box.
