Help with Hawk's Eye

How in the world do you get this?? I don't even understand what the intels are, not to mention how to "acquire all of them outside of battle."

Intels are the little red "target" things, the red diamonds that appear around enemies. The best way to get this achievement is to do the first helicopter only mission (i cant remember the name right now, but its the one where you trash the base then chase the trucks down the road). Basically, whenever the red diamond appears around an enemy, you have recieved intel, and the reason you do it in the helicopter is because that way your team cant spot them first and you are considered "outside" the battlefield.

NB. This is also the easiest way to 1. Not get hit (iron man?) and 2. Start all fights. Just do it on low risk and you should be sweet.

This guys is correct. i got miine not so long ago and i got it on the helicopter mission the first one!! under quick mission!! there other ones aren't to hard ither!! you can get the other two in the first mission just shot the first guy dead on with 100% accurcy then let your men do the rest of the work. any more question just ask.. im still playing that game under multi play too!

Yeah, I had all of the other quick mission achievements, not counting the secondary objectives, and I had no idea how to get the Hawk's Eye. It was really frustrating me, because if I couldn't get that then I couldn't get Single Player Master. Thanks for your help. I have another question. Could you possibly do this on the first mission and just use your UAV to get all of the intels? Or does it not work? I know that where you destroy the first artillery piece there is a guy hiding in the cave...but anyways, does anyone know?

Ok i just did it...took me less then 6 minutes, got Hawk eye, predator and iron man.

The mission was Unpleasant Surprise.

Thanks for the info guys. I followed your suggestions for playing the quick mission 'Unpleasant Surprise', and got the Hawk eye, Predator and Iron Man achievements all in one go!
