Run get the chopper Achievement question

Hi people hope you can help, I have completed the game long before getting the dlc, So I have no Tactical location to do, my question is if I start a new game do I loss my maxed agent? and other things or can I start a new game save so I can keep my maxed out agent?, thanks for your help

You can just start a new campaign, and use your maxed agent.
