Troubles unlocking Master Tomb Raider in 250 DLC for legend

Has anyone who has been having problems unlocking the Master Tomb Raider achievement for anniversary DLC got it to unlock yet? I have replayed Peru twice now and 3 other levels and it is not unlocking.....Do you need to complete croft manor for it to unlock? I have already beat that as well but it is saying 91% in my saved game file for some reason. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
