Achievement Guide II

That's a Start
Now that's a start! You've completed your first cup in FlatOut Mode.
(This ones easy, just do as it says and complete a cup in FlatOut Mode)

Bang'n'Slam
Get 5 Slams in one race
(Just do five slams in a single race and the achievements yours)

Holy Slammaster
Whammo! 100 Slams later, your mission is complete
(you'll get this one while going through the game, especially if you go for the school master achievement early)

Burnin' Up
Burn nitro continuously for at least 10 seconds in a normal race.
(you can do this on Water canal 1, Get a full nitro and let it rip just before the big jump half way through the course, then when your on top of the roof ram the metal box that runs down the right hand side.. then jump off to the left and ram through the glass building, which should give you the 10 second boost)

Heavy Blast
You truly know how to deal out the heaviest hits.
(You basically need to crash into another car as hard as you can using turbo and take off at least 50% of their health)

Frank Malcov Award
Your driving makes Frank Malcov proud!
(see total domination)

Total Domination
Achieve all 4 “Top Driver” awards in one race and win the race.
(i first did this on Water Canal 1, this is best done by causing as much damage to the enviroment and wrecking other cars on the first laps, then on your final lap go for a fast lap.. you should also get the Frank Malcov achievement at the same time)

On a Roll
You're on a roll! You've completed your first class in FlatOut Mode! Only the sky's the limit!
(like it say's, just finish a class in Flatout mode)

Windshield Tester
Get 10 Crash-Out bonuses
(crash into 10 cars so hard that you make the driver of the car fly through the windscreen)

First Blood
Wreck an opponent's car in a Carnage or normal Race.
(simply wreck another opponent's car so they are out of the race)

Insane Air
Jump at least 10m high with your car on a Carnage or normal Race.
(the easiest place for this is on water canal 1,as you approach the jump in the middle, use your nitro and jump to the right, it should pop up)

Pro Tuner
Own a fully upgraded Street class car in FlatOut Mode.
(buy a street class car, and upgrade it with every upgrade available, when you back out and the game saves youll get it)

Lightning Fast
Faster, always faster! Already in 50 races, you’ve recorded the fastest lap of the race.
(you should get this while racing in Flatout mode, just get the fastest lap in 50 races, online times also count)

Windshield Breaker
Ejecting competitors is your business. 30 Crash-Outs prove you’re good at it.
(crash into 30 cars so hard that you make the driver of the car fly through the windscreen)


Car Rental Service
Own at least 6 vehicles at the same time.
(like it say's, just have 6 cars in your garage at the same time)

Schoolmaster
Be the best wrecker in 50 races.
(To be the best wrecker, you have to smash into and wreck other cars, just get the award 50 times and it's yours, my achievement popped up during an online derby)

Give Me Glory
O' glorious one. You've earned 1 million points in the Carnage Mode.
(youll get this while playing through carnage mode)

Go That Extra Mile
Drive a total distance of 1001 miles.
(there isnt to my knowledge anywhere you can check your progress on this one, but i think it counts all games, online, Carnage and Flatout)

Race Master
Complete FlatOut Mode.
(self explanatory)

Used Car Salesman
Sell 10 cars.
(just buy 10 of the cheapest cars, then sell them)

Carnage Master
Complete Carnage Mode.
(self explanatory)

Derby Expert
Complete all derbies in FlatOut Mode with all gold.
(just beat all the bonus derbys in the the derby class Flatout mode)

Keep on Truckin'
15 derby victories. Time to get some more. Keep on truckin
(this can be done online and offline, the bonus derbys in flatout mode count for this too.. just win 15 and the achievements yours)

Perseverance
Frustration! You know all about it, but still you persist, never giving up.
(this one is the easiest achievement to get, simply start a race, hit start -pause- then hit restart. do this 5-7 times and the points are yours)

Pro Racer
Complete all Time Trials in FlatOut Mode with all gold.
(self explanatory)

Master Stuntman
You’ve literally jumped through various hoops to get where you are now.
(i got this one when all the carnage stunts were completed with silver, i had all gold and 1 silver)

Hostmaster
Host 10 online matches.
(self explanatory)

Race Wizard
Complete FlatOut Mode with all gold in all cups and events.
(self explanatory)

Real Habanero
Win Derby class in Flatout Mode (all cups gold) with an unupgraded Chili.
(this one is slightly tricky.. you dont have to win every race, just make sure you gain enough points to claim gold in each cup with an unupgraded chili. Getting placed 2nd in each race should be enough)

Master Trucker
Win a Head On or normal race with the Truck.
(go online with a buddy, and get them to let you win. you can also get the live to race clean achievement at the same time, just set it to 1 lap and dont crash into anything)

Crashman Returns
Win all Bonus Race Single Events with the Flatmobile.
(After you finish the Flatout mode you should have all the bonus tracks unlocked, simply go to single race, then select bonus tracks. beat them all with the flatmobile and the points are yours.. To speed this up you can change it to a single lap, should take about 10 minutes to do all 9 races)

Elite Stuntman
Complete all the Stunts in Carnage Mode with all gold.
(some of these can be tricky, the only real tip is to keep trying and you'll do it eventually.. you can find some tips in the general tip link at the bottom of the 3rd post)

Online Stunt Veteran
Win 10 online ragdoll Stunts.
(just win 10 stunts online, and youll get the points.. these dont have to be ranked games, but if you start with the ranked games first youll gain this along the way)

Online Derby Veteran
Win 10 online Derbies.
(just win 10 derbys online, and youll get the points.. these dont have to be ranked games, but if you start with the ranked games first youll gain this along the way)

Live to Race Clean
Complete an online Race without crashing into anyone, and without ragdolling at all.
(see master trucker)

Online Race Veteran
Win 10 online Races.
(just win 10 races online, and youll get the points.. these dont have to be ranked games, but if you start with the ranked games first youll gain this along the way)

Fragmaster Live
Get a frag streak of 5 or more in an online Deathmatch Derby.
(just set up a game with a friend, kill them 5 times in a row and the points will be yours)

Bomb Car Racer
Complete all Beat the Bomb’s in Carnage Mode with all gold.
(self explanatory)

Online Race Pro
Win 25 ranked online Races.
(Here you have to race with a minimum of 4 people, i guess it can be boosted, but can be quite tricky to get matched up)

Online Stunt Pro
Win 30 ranked online ragdoll Stunts.
(Here you have to play with a minimum of 4 people, i guess it can be boosted, but would be quite tricky to get matched up)

Fragman
Complete all the Deathmatch Derbies in Carnage Mode with all gold.
(A good tip for this to go for all the power-ups available, the x2 bonus helps alot, as do the bombs)

Carnage Wizard
Complete Carnage Mode with all gold.
(this one is the hardest achievement on the game, follow the links at the bottom for some pointers on the trickiest ones)

Online Derby Pro
Win 20 ranked online Derbies.
(Here you have to race with a minimum of 4 people, i guess it can be boosted, but can be quite tricky to get matched up)

Live to Crash
Wreck 3 or more opponents in the same online race (normal or Head-On).
(set up a room with 3 friends, get them to park sideways at seperate points of the track, then ram them till they explode)

Live Ammunition
Wreck 10 opponents in online races.
(just get into a room with some friends and take turns smashing each other to bits, if youve done the live to crash achievement, youll only have to do it 7 times each)

Host a online player match with a friend, start a race and then get your friend to exit the game. Once he's gone you exit the game and you will get the achievement

A quick tip if you want the User Car Salesman achievement, but don't have much cash. Buy a Chili, then go to your Garage and sell it straight away, rinse and repeat. You lose money on each car you sell, but with the Chili you only lose about 2000 credits each time. The amount of cars sold is total, you don't have to buy 10 different cars or sell them all at once or something, so just buy and sell a Chili 10 times.

As for Car Rental Service, just pick up the 6 cheapest Derby class cars, (then you can always sell them all to add to your sold total). You shouldn't lose more than 15000 credits on the deal.

I do what you say still no achievement i have done it on flatout mode and Carnage mode and race mode but still no i have done it 10times now on each... can you help me plz.... apart from that i have done good i have got ALL GOLD for STUNTMAN what i happy for and i am joint 1st in ski jump and darts in stuntman

when i did this, i was in the chilli in flatout mode (i believe flatout mode is the only place it can be done so ill add a note to the guide) did you wait for the race to start before you did it?

Yeah i waited until the race had started drove for abit and did it 10times but still no luck!!!... my brother-inlaw has this and has this achievement all he did was race around and it pop up :-S...

I haven't done the Total Domination one yet (I like to work through a game then go back for any achievements I miss) but I just unlocked the Frank Malcov Award in the middle of a race. I wasn't doing anything special at the time nor had I even finished the race so does anyone actually know what this achievement is for?

Just thought id post how i got the Perseverance Ach for people like Mr.Aim who are struggling to get it.

I went into a race in Flatout mode and i didnt know if i had to finish the race or not, so i just restarted after i crossed the START line 7 times in a row, no achievement. So i thought, ok ill just complete the race then restart. I did the race twice and i came 10th then 8th as i was concentrating on getting Heavy Blast and others, then on the 2nd and final lap of my 3rd race, i was clear in 4th place on my own about halfway through the lap and it just popped up Achievement Unlocked - Perseverance - 10G. Seemed a bit odd to me but im not complaining.

Also i found a REALLY easy way to get the Heavy Blaster Ach, do a bonus race, the first one, figure of 8. The at the start, trail behind the other cars a bit, when they go straight through at the cross in the 8, you go left, the wrong way, when they come around the corner they should be boosting right at you, if you boost and hit someone head on... Achievement Unlocked.

i like this game a lot because the achievements kinda come thru your general play, the only ones i've gone out of my way to get are the boost for 10 secs one and the chilli one.

for the 'live to crash' achievement, if you turn off reverse ghost, for some reason it will let you crash/wreck people at the end of a race. so, if you have no friends that actually have this game for you to boost the achievement, just get the truck in a race and destroy people at the end of the race when they are finished and unable to move

Which one is the truck?? I cannot find it. Well I won with a pick-up but it didn't unlock. By the way, for me, this game is incredibly difficult.

Hi,

Just in case this may help someone in the future.

For the above two I first completed the Real Habanero chiev, then with the cash earnt brought the Venom and fully upgraded it.

I went back and re-raced the first cup to get the total domination, and picked it up after the 1st round, the upgraded venom is super quick and can destroy the rest of the field easily.

I played the second round and again got enough to get total domination and Frank Malcov popped after the race was finished, so i'm thinking maybe you need to dominate both rounds? it worked for me anyway.
