Help finding White pepper on pricky Pisces??

hi I'm stuck on the Pricky Pisces level - I've gone into spirit mode and can see the fish eyes up high, but need to open a gate in water to get up there, near that is a temple thing with a white pepper on it and I can't find it anywhere??? where am i going wrong

I had a lot of trouble with that one to! It's actually NOT a white pepper. It's a slug.
