achievements glitching liking crazy

I played this game a long time ago and got a majority of the achievements. I now grabbed it from gamefly to try to get 1000/1000 and now they arent popping for me at all. A friend and I counted tonight and 22 achievements that shouldve been unlocked between the two of us didnt. It is very frustrating. Any ideas what the problem is?

tbh you could be buggered completely however if you've tried supersimming on 15 min quarters to see if they are actually glitched or whether you didn't manage to do them properly - no offence intended my man.

I have a problem with the 20 average yards rushing one. I've finished several games where I've had 20% rushing averages and no achievement. It's the only one I need as well.

I had one game where I got 20% average with LT and then took him out of the game. I supersimmed the rest of the game and somehow his average magically went down even though he wasn't even playing. WTF.
