? About melee achievement

Does the 25 melee kills have to be done on one level or can they be spread out thru the game? I feel as if ive done so many (rb) melee kills but it hasnt popped. Thank you.

EDIT: n/m i unlocked it and got 1000G. Ive never been so happy to be done with a game. This game sucked royally. But at the end...

I felt kind of bad for absolutly hating it when the developers are thanking you for playing and such during the secret mission. Part of me couldnt be mad anymore. At least they tried.
