Gimme the Keys + Turret Syndrome

I have played through all the levels and I am pretty sure I have manned all the vehicles and switched to the turret on all of them and I am still not getting any of these two achievements. Do you know if there's a glitch or a catch, like doing it in order or something like that? I played through the game once knowing I had to drive all vehicles, so I am sure I didn't miss one. And then got the list of all vehicles from the forum and followed that and still no achievement. Unless I am missing one vehicle that's not on the list...
