Episode 8 Chapter 2 Collectibles

I am having a hard time retrieving the third collectible in the 8th Episode, how do I get into the area with the bridge and the switch? My boat wont fit! Thanks.

I searched for this one for some time, too.

There's a switch to the West of the collectible, but you have to travel south and then to the west to get it. It's pretty much directly behind the collectible on the other side of the land.
