Upgrading Question Please Help

Hi guys,

A couple of you are experts on this Grease Monkey glitch.

I am wondering if I can be safe in assuming the following:

I play the game normally on xbox live and when I get to the level where money farming is easy I can complete it and than keep replaying the level for 141,600 points.

After I have obtained the points I can copy the save to my memory card and pull it out.

Than I disconnect from xbox live and go to an In game locker, upgrading each gun in my first slot fully and moving onto the next.

If this doesnt work I can delete the save and try again?

Sorry I am just really confused on how best to get it.

Also I have a golden jetpack code which I have used. Can I still upgrade my jetpack? Or should I delete the golden jetpack?

i would delete it, but it writes everything to your profile so good luck
