Are the online cheevos boostable?

Don't know a thing about this game, but I'm wondering if you can boost the online cheevos with 1 friend, or do you need to have a group to do it?
If you can do it 1-on-1 I'll probably rent this one.

yes You can boost.there is only 1 online achievement that requires 4 players
