I have a question for Deep and Hard, do I have to complete all the missions in a row or can I just use the mission select and do the ones that are easy first before moving onto the harder ones?

You should be able to skip the missions under mission select. The achievements do not unlock however unless you have beaten the individual missions.

For example: Let's say you want the Mile High Club Achievement but didn't want to play through all the missions beforehand. You can use the mission select to pick Mile High Club's mission and beat that on Veteran for the achievement without having to beat all the missions beforehand.

I hope I answered your question as i was unsure exactly what you were asking.

If you could source and link some videos of the achievements being earned, it would help more than having to read and try to find out where to do something. I know that I find difficulty in following what I read compared to what I can see.
