The way this game works is when you get into a trigger mode (the screen goes a little bit blurry and the screen is surrounded in pink border), you need to press LT for positive thought or RT for negative thought, or just wait to not think anything. These thoughts will determine the final ending you receive.

Note that playthroughs do not need to be in the order I describe below, but this is probably the fastest way to go.

To make sure you do not miss a trigger, let's make sure there will be a quick save for every trigger that happens. To do this, go into System Config and change the Auto-Save setting to "Trigger(トリガ) Only".

Playthrough 1: 星来 Ending
Don't touch RT or LT. Just press RB to skip through the entire dialogue and finish the game. This will net you First Trigger, Speed Chu*Chu King, 星来 Ending, and No Chu*Chu achivement.

Playthrough 2: 梨深 Ending
Press RT for negative on 1st trigger. LT for 2nd trigger. LT for 7th trigger.

Playthrough 3: 優愛 Ending
RT for 2nd. LT for 5th. LT for 8th. LT for 9th. In addition to the ending achieve, you will get Glasses achievement in this playthrough as well.

Playthrough 4: 美愛 Ending
RT for 2nd. LT for 5th. LT for 8th. RT for 9th. (Note that this playthrough differs only in the last choice from playthrough 3. You may load up the 9th trigger quick save from playthrough 3 and press RT to save time here)

Playthrough 5: あやせ Ending
LT for 4th. RT for 5th. LT for 9th.

Playthrough 6: セナ Ending
LT for 3rd. RT for 4th. LT for 10th.

Playthrough 7: 梢 Ending
RT for 3rd. LT for 6th. LT for 11th.

Playthrough 8: 七海 Ending
LT for 1st. RT for 6th. LT for 12th.

Mop-Up:
From playthrough 8, load-up quick save for 7th trigger and choose RT. Press RB to skip until achievement for Trigger Choice 14 achievement pops-up. Immediately press X and choose Quick Load to load up quick save for 8th trigger and choose RT. Repeat this process immediately after achievement pops all the way up to 12th trigger, pressing RT for negative choice every time. (You must do RT for all triggers from 7th to 12th. This is an important step to getting the final achievement! Many people seem to miss 8th trigger for some reason and I'm not sure why.)

Finally, go to Extras, TIPS and read through every TIP until they are all white (99 of them). Go into CG and skim through all 6 pages (no need to see individual images, just go through the pages). Go into Music and then back out. Finally, go to Clear List to get the Perfectionist achievement. (The clear list should show that you have 99/99 TIPS, 100% album art, and all endings, which if you followed this road map, you should have.)

Now you have full 1000 in this game.

I had originally thought to do a guide for this game as well, but the roadmap seems sufficient enough as you will get most of the achievements just by seeing the endings. The only achieves you would need a guide for are the ones described in the mop-up. Have fun getting this easy 1000.

Hi I cant seem to get ending 6 to come up, I have done what you have written several times and it is not giving it to me. I have got all the endings apart from this one can you help me.

Thanks so much for the guide, this is tremendous. Was the previous Chaos;Head game this simple? Tempted to pick it up from Play Asia after I've completed Chu*Chu... I really need to find somewhere to trade used copies of these JPN adventure games with people... No Fate is just sitting on my shelf now.

Many thanks for this excellent guide! I had no idea what I was doing, but I got most of the points. Perfect game for a gamerscore whore like myself.

I am just missing one achievement: ネガティブ人間ふたたび [全てのネガティブ妄想を見る（累計）], i.e, the third from the top on the achievements page. Since I don't know any Japanese, I have no clue what I need to do. Can somebody give me a hint or an explanation? Would be much appreciated.

EDIT: I redid all the mop-up steps of the guide. And the achievement popped. All is well now. Time to get rid of the game again...

Does anyone know how to get Trigger 16 to pop?

I messed up my saves and have no idea what to do now. It's the only secret achievement I'm missing, and I'm thinking getting it to pop will unlock the rest of the achievements.

edit: got it, its what sangriaz put but with a line and a square with a cross in it put after.

Just a tip that can help a little bit in certain places, If you've already been through a specific part, you can tap LB to start a "skip" mode which will run until you reach a trigger point. That's currently making my playthroughs go pretty quick.

This game is so fustrating. I have in my clear list stats time is first i'm guess 1##28#10#, then 3/8, 80/99 and 44% what have I done wrong?

Will msg Sangriaz and he what he says aswell. Well he didn't reply yet which is a bit silly

Heres a tip im hoping will help you and anyone else in the same boat!

When u get to a trigger point and have to press or u have to make sure when u press it the screen vibrates and u will see big white/transparent JP writing in the background, this indicates u pressed the trigger! Sometimes when an achievement pops up when u have to enter a trigger the trigger wont indicate so u miss it out.

Also make sure after every playthru u unlock a new "clear ending", which will be a new picture in the "Clear" section of "Extras". I checked everytime and twice a new picture didnt show up so I knew that I did something wrong with that playthru!!

Heres what I did on playthru 8:

Playthrough 8: 七海 Ending
LT for 1st. RT for 6th. LT for 12th.

01 Played it exactly like above.
02 After 7th trigger has quick saved, go into in game options with
03 Go into "Quickload" and highlight your newest save.
04 Press on new save and it will turn green.
05 Press to exit out, select the left option both times.
06 Keep playing like normal.
07 After 12th trigger has autosaved, go back into options with
08 Press on the 5 trigger saves after the green one.
09 Now quick saves for triggers 7-12 should be highlighted green.
10 Press to exit out, select the left option both times.
11 Keep playing like normal & complete the game.
12 From title screen go into "quickload"
13 Select the 1st green quicksave(trigger 7).
14 Select the left option
15 Now press on trigger seven.
16 Hold down till cheev pops and u get to the next trigger point
17 Let it quicksave(although probably not needed, but doesnt matter)
18 Exit out into the main menu.
19 Repeat steps 13-18 for each next green quicksave
20 Work in the proper order
21 When u get to do the last one(12th trigger quickload) press when u should and then keep playing and complete the rest of the game!
More achievements & a gamerpicture will unlock along the way!!!

When you see the title screen next you should have all but 1 cheev left, thats the one where u go into the extras section like in sangers guide:

But be careful I had everything at max but no cheev! Went into CG again looked at 3 pictures went back into clear and it unlocked!!
Oh and also be careful of tip #98, it tried to hide from me

I think that's incredibly rude to be honest, do you really expect him to reply to every single message and one for a guide he wrote a while ago, besides the guide is absolutely spot on, I can only say that it is the users fault as to why it didn't work, if you have such a great problem with it, why not write one yourself


The only thing I should add to the guide is that the ネガティブ人間ふたたび achievement didn't unlock straight away for me I just had to pick the 11th trigger autosave from the 8th run and fastforward a little more, I was too anxious to quit out and should have waited for the quick save, my fault.

By 1 Hour, 54 minutes I had 1k and writted this post! Very Very easy Rememeber to use the lb button wherever possible and count your autosaves if you think you missed a trigger, lock in (with y) the first 4 or 5 triggers from the first run so the later runs are quicker since you can start from here rather than the start each time

-Config
-3rd option down
-Press 'A' twice
