I think that at least in certain cases this achievement can be misinterpreted. The achievement requires that YOU must actually play as each NHL team not just AGAINST the team. So that if you keep playing as Calgary and play against all NHL teams – no achievement. But if you play as each NHL team AGAINST Calgary the achievement will pop. Hope this helps some of you who may not have gotten this achievement.
