Regaining upgrade money
If you upgrade a car, then scrap it with a newer one, do you get your money back? If not, how do you manage to regain any lost money? Can you replay earlier levels again even if you have got a gold star on them?

EDIT: Forget it. Just figured it out myself. As long as it's not the tutorial level you still regain upgrade points.
