Hi there,

Just a question regarding Live sessions. I was in the top 3 and I've won a XBLA game. How long does it take to receive something from MS?

Is there something specific to do?

Game rules say 4-6 weeks, but posters on the xbox.com forums say generally it's around 3 weeks that they've received their codes via email.

Nothing specific to do, just make sure your email registered to your gamertag is correct.

I won Portal: Still Alive when I was in the mob and I recieved an email message for the code about 2 weeks later. So it shouldn't take more than 4 weeks I believe.

Hey amacteur i'm also waiting for my prize, when did u win in the mob? i won as the one a week last friday, is can u tell me if when u recieve ur points cause i'm getting worried about mine i won 6000 lol

I was in the winning mob on Dec 8. I still haven't received any notification of my prize.

I won the XBLA game 2 weeks ago, and I've not received anythin from MS yet...
