save?

is there a save function, ive never actually seen it say that it was saving. Now i'd like to quit and it keeps asking me if i saved or not, but i don't see anywhere to save.

After you see it saving dashboard or shut your system off. When you reload the game/save it will let you continue. I made the mistake of thinking it wasn't saving and actually redid half a case when it saved after all.

i already backed out to the menu. does that mean i lost everything?

No. Go back to the dashboard and reload the save. Then choose to continue. You should then see a list of all the missions you have completed for that case.

Thank you, Now i'm having trouble getting past that level where i have to jump over the planes, i never have enough speed to clear them, even when using nitrous.

The saving sucks on here, I never could figure it out either I ended up having to do several whole cases again because either I would accidentally press retire instead of retry, or I had to go. I never could figure out how the saves worked.
