Couple of questions...

Is there a way to know if the level counts as not loosing health?

If in the blades of death level, you fall, then when the game puts you there again you go through without getting touch, does it count for the achievement? Or do you have to go out and in again?

Are the scrolls necessary for any achievement? I've missed a couple, and am right before the fight with Dark that turns things into evening. Or can I just go to those levels and get the things on evening?
