Only 1. It was caused from overheation from me playing too much. Call of Duty 4 is way too addicting. They made that game so your Xbox 360 would break and you would have to get another one.
Grand total of no breaks, and now I've said that it will probably break tomorrow.
Lol...That happened to me before!
I posted a reply in a 'Failure rate of Xbox 360s' thread saying how I'm fortunate for my 360 to have only broken down once in 3 years. And then, I must have jynxed myself because I got PWND with the RROD just 20 minutes later! I then edited the post saying how annoyed I was lol. Sucks as I was out of warranty and M$ were trying to charge me £60, but fortunately I had a spare 360 anyway
So all was/is good
I had my first xbox for 2 and a half years til one night when playing a game online i got a power cut then it never started again but then i got an elite for my birthday which was only 1 month away at the time
Two have broken, both times my ignorant parents have jumped the gun and bought new ones, then made me pay them back (without telling me). Then I repaired both consoles and then sold for a reasonable price. XBOX SELF REPAIR FTW, it's a valuble skill, I suggest everyone learns it.
My 360 broke down about an hour ago, got the E-74, it was an aracde version =[
Thank god the 60GB HDD i brought still works on my brother's xbox
That's 360 No. 4!
I had it for nearly 2 years, luckly it did give some warning signs it was about to die i.e. the screen started to go all weird with big green bars across it with a checkered patteren, i thought it was the game so i tried another one and the same thing.
This all started after i played MW2 =[ awesome game!
It's covered with a 3 year warrenty from the shop i brought it from tho!
