Back

I was on this site several years ago. Now that I have a considerably more amount of time to commit to gaming I thought it would be a good time to return.

Thank you both. And yes, I was using my previous GT: Tiamat66.

Unfortunately, my hard drive blew up and I lost everything I had on it, including my 50K+ gamerscore. So I kind of blew off gaming for awhile for other pursuits.

A couple of months ago I started over again, but hadn't gotten live. But once Borderlands came out, I decided to get it for the co-op and thought why not come back here as well...

Welcome back, unlucky with the hard drive, was their no way they could have preserved your Gamertag with your gamerscore at least? If that 50k account had live, couldn't you recover it?

^ I knew exactly what games to do and not do to get my GS back to where it is. I built it back up with a couple easy games and then went to the games I enjoyed previously. This site was a big help in getting it where it was then and is now. I lurked a bit before I joined again.

It takes some time to get it up, but if you enjoy the games you are playing, that's all that matters. It's my OCD that makes my GS so high, so quickly.

^ Unfortunately, the email address and information I used at the time to start the account were several years old. I never had a need to remember them. If I got a RRoD, I just replaced the 360 at Gamestop. I never thought the hard drive would go bad. MS wouldn't give me the information no matter what I said.
