I personally prefer consoles over PC's because everyone is playing it equal and it requires less work where as PC you need to keep upgrading and people could be playing mch better settings and quicker run times and faster response mouse etc and I cant be bother nor have the cash to keep up to date with it
I also like consoles exsclusives and the controller
So what do you prefer? Doesnt have to be a particular console although it can be same goes with PC
I'm a console man myself, I've recently done some experimenting with PC games, playing a lot of Valve games. I find PC games offer more, but console games seem a lot more simple, and at the end of the day that's what I play games for to relax.
In my opinion it costs way too much to maintain your PC to be able to play the newest PC games, the 360 isn't exactly what you'd call cheap either, but it's certainly more cost friendly than a PC.
If I had the money though I would pick PC gaming, as I used to play on a semi-decent PC but gave up having to constanty upgrade it etc.
I'd like to be a PC gamer, but it's just too much just to keep the high end video cards and other junk needed to play a game.
Plus my main computer has horrible RAM.
I love consoles because I never have to worry about that.
I like making friends :] Send a PM if you'd like!
I have an unhealthy obsession over the following shows: Good Eats, Melrose Place (2009 version), Supernatural, and What Not to Wear.
Both have their good sides, and bad sides. Console is easier (I spend month ago few days trying to instal BG2.), but there are lots of games on pc that you can't play with console.
Though I prefer to play with consoles I play a lot with PC also. But I as I don't want to upgrade my pc all the time, and as my pc is laptop I prefer to play new games on console, and old games on on pc.

I always laugh when people say that PC gaming is more expensive. =/
Console games cost $10 more each due to licensing issues.
That big screen HDTV you bought? You also have to consider that part of your cost to play consoles.
Well considering this is a 360 website, I'd say the majority of people who post will side with consoles I prefer a console because I plug it in an I'm done for 5+ years. PC costs too much time and money to keep up to date IMO. There are great games I'd like to play(Star Wars Old Republic OMG!! ) but I'm totally content with my 360. Plus I like sitting on my couch with the HDTV and surround sound blasting while I play a game. Can't really do that with a PC unless you stream it from your console. If you're doing that, then why game on the PC? It's essentially console gaming. Dunno........

Overall, it's like 50/50 at most I guess.
Well, if you're playing more than one game at a time, you may be paying monthly fee's for more than one game. I understand that Xbox Live has a recurring fee, but it's not as often and it's not as much.

Generally PC games don't have fees to play them online, the exceptions are MMO type games. I can play all the TF2, CoD, etc I want without paying a fee.
A counter point is that you have to pay for the DLC on the xbox whereas you get a lot of it for free.
You can go back and forth a million times disputing the facts between the two, but as I said it's pretty much 50/50. It comes down to personal preference.
I'd like to be PC gamer but my computer is shit slow and I can't be bothered nor do I have the money to upgrade or get a new computer so i guess i'm a console gamer... for now. (I also suck at using a mouse.)

The last PC game I spent a decent amount of time on was Grandia 2, which was amazing. I tried WoW and Crysis, but I can't get used to mouse and Keyboard. Console all the way for me, but some people prefer PC gaming. Varies person to person.

I prefer to sit back and relax when I play.
The controller is just way more convenient too.
I've tried playing with a wireless mouse & keyboard from my couch, and it sucks...
I grew up playing games on a console, so I've always played games on consoles. I've never been a K&M guy anyways (I know you can hook up controllers etc).
I was a PC gamer before i got my Xbox so i will have to say I still prefer the control of the mouse. I prefer consoles for single player though and stricly PC for any multiplayer games like Call of Duty, CS, TF2 etc.
There is a few games I like on PC(Age of Empires, Heroes, Democracy) but its just you can never tell if game you buy is gonna run or not so I don't usually bother. Hell, Democracy wouldn't run on my old pc and that game is mostly text and simple graphics as it's a political simulator and I still couldn't get it to install.

I will upgrade my PC in summer, but that's only for PC-Exclusive games. I can't keep up with all the upgrades. And X360 is where I feel at home. Oh and Controllers are way more flexible and easier to play with than K&M.

I prefer consoles. I like knowing that 5, 6, 7, 10 years down the road I can put a game in and it'll work. No upgrading or anything. Plus, a paddle feels more comfortable than a mouse.

I prefer console gaming now, but before I bought my 360 I used to spend most of my gaming time playing games on my PC. Since then I have only played a handful of PC games, mostly exclusives like S.T.A.L.K.E.R.
