Come Get Some25 Complete "Shrapnel City" on any difficulty or in co-op. See Game Over
Game Over25 Complete "The Birth" on any difficulty or in co-op.
You can play throught the game in single player or in co-op. The secret levels do not count. If you get stuck refer to the 3d Realms walkthrought http://www.3drealms.com/duke3d/walkthrough/index.html.

Duke's Mighty Foot10 Step on 40 enemies after using the Shrinker on them.
Start up raw meat E3 M1 on damn im good and go to the #2 secret refering to the 3d Realms guide http://www.3drealms.com/duke3d/walkthrough/e3m1.html. Once you get the shinker save the game and then start shrinking enemies. Once you run out of ammo just reload your save. Just keep repeating until the achievement unlocks.
Or you can start up Duke-burger E4 M2. Go to the back of Duke-burger and talk to the drive-thru. Then get the shrinker and save the game and then start shinking enemies. Once you run out of ammo reload your save. Just keep repeating until the achievement unlocks.
You can also get this achievement in co-op.
Looks Like Cleanup on Aisle 4 10 Step in a pile of excrement.

Start up Duke-burger E4 M2.Towards the end of the level there is a dog. Around the dog is a lot of poop. Just step over any of poop and the achievement unlocks.You could also get this achievement online.





Shake It Baby10 Tip an exotic dancer.
Start up raw meat E3 M1. Right after the blue key card door go left and on to the stage. When your on the stage the striper will be on the left. Just press X by the striper and the achievement unlocks.
Also you could start up the red light district E1 M2. And as you progress through the level there will be a strip club. And there will be a lot of stripers. Just press X by one and the achievement unlocks.
You could also get this achievement online.
Oomph, Uugh, Where is it? 10 Find 70 secret areas.
You must find 70 different secrets.
