Skills question (Fully Loaded Achievement)

I'm currently going through certain parts of the game to finish up my Reflexes, finishing off Robots, Machete and Jungle Mutants. Whilst I'm doing this though I need another 5pts to max out my upgrades. I think you get two points per everytime you level up and am at level 36 currently. This means I'm gonna need to level up another three times and hit 39 - my question though is where would be the smartest place do this, the place where the most XP can be gotten? I was thinking about facing the four prototypes on the roof over and over because I'm sure defeating one of them gives alot of XP. Is this a good idea or is there somewhere better to go for XP?

Try the casino levels, Mardi Gras chapter, loads off XP there and make sure you equip the experience mutagen.

Chapter 4-3 with the Experience Mutagen on..best one right there..play until you are about to shimmy across like 4 ropes...there's a checkpoint right before this point. Then just restart..rinse and repeat.

Best place by far. Went from level 34 to 39 in like an hour. It's good because you can just throw EVERYBODY off the roofs. It's funny cuz when I look at the statistics I have like 480/10 for "Drop Dead", for throwing people off high areas.
I actually started with only like 1,400 something people killed and got to like 1,900 by doing this, very quick. Then just finished off a few more for the 2,000 kills.
