Help! 'Friend & Foe' 'Wired' & 'Socialite'

Ok, so I'm trying to get 'Socialite' the easy way by using two controllers, but everytime I start a game, it keeps pausing like straight away, I 'resume game' but goes back to the pause menu? Any ideas why this is happening?
Also, I'm trying to get the 'Friend & Foe' and 'Wired' achievements, but NO ONE is ever on Xbox Live playing Sudoku. Can anyone help me? My GT is BecKyyyKoRnGiRl.
Please only add me if you're willing to help with these achievements.
