System that plays all cartridge games?

Is this true? A friend told me about it, but I haven't seen nor heard anything about it? Sorry if its in the wrong section, but since nintendo was the main cartridge system, I figured this would be the place to post...

So far there isn't one that plays ALL of them that I've seen, however there is the FC Twin that will play both NES and Super NES games.

No there is a newer one now that plays NES Genesis and SNES but I can't remember the name. Saw at Play N Trade a few weeks ago.
