Fifa 06 RTTWC Achievements

Ive completed almost all but the custom bits. Ive created the league and cup, also won both but after completing I havent got the achievements, is there a specific difficulty I need it on to get the achievements?

no specific difficulty but they must have a minimum number of teams in them I think its 10.
