TEMJIM's Special Attack

Okay, I know I might sound like I'm new at the game (Because I am), but after getting whooped online a few times, I noticed people using TEMJIM do both a "surfboard technique" and a "spinning-sword technique."

I looked all through the training, practiced forever, but could never figure out what to do. Does anyone have any idea as to how to execute these moves? And if so, would the same apply to every other character? Thanks.

jump then foward dash and center weapon for surfboard

forward on one stick + backward on the other stick + center weapon for spinning slash

every character has these special moves on top of their others moves (like crouching attacks, turbo + attacks)

off the top of my head aph B jump then centerweapon to do a unguided dive kick, raiden jump (or double jump dont remember) then hit start (or back button too used to arcade sticks) and he will lose all his vr armor and gain speed). most of these type of attacks are attached to jumping
