buying property in Westcliff
How do I buy the property? The achievement guide says "Barnum near the Carriage" but i honestly don't know where that is lol

probaly towards the little tent things and the paper to the right should be there so you can buy it.

Yup. You have to "invest" 5000 gold with him. When you come back from your travels you'll be told to return to him where he gives you your money back plus some interest. If you set that as your current quest the yellow line will take you there.

i don't think you can do the quest after you've been to the spire. I think its better to invest because even if you're evil you can still buy out all the buildings etc.

woooowww i've already been to the spire, i've completed the game.
Go figure now i can't get ruler of albion lol

You should be able to with ease. I don't own a single building in Westcliffs and I have the achievement.

Going by the property guide, Westcliff is worth only 140k anyway. I almost have the achievement and haven't even got the castle, there's plenty of room to get 2.5 million in property.
If all else fails, boost the economy of the area to increase property value, the obvious best place to concentrate on for that being Bowerstone Market.
