How would you implement that, anyway? Naruto DLC came out once and added GS for each character included. RB DLC comes out weekly. How do you add the same Achieve in every single song? It's likely a limitation of the system that would prevent this.

We also don't know how the system keeps track on Achieves. It may see the same achieve in every song as different achieves and try to hand them out every time you complete the requirements on a different song.

I see what you're saying. But there would be ways to get around this-such as the ideas Sebastian mentioned. I don't mean an achievement for every song, as that would be hell (especially for completionists). I just mean a general, 250G boost. It could easily be done.

And Microsoft has been kinda lenient with their achievement policy lately, anyways. Would they really deny a request by the developer with the most DLC in their marketplace? I doubt it.

My game is glitched, it feels like I've earned at least 300k, but I never got the clothes to the edge achievement. I can verify this because I own the goat bass + guitar which = 132000 + all the clothes and additional expensive instruments I've bought. I just noticed today how much I've spent, after wondering for quite some time why the achievement won't unlock. My van never unlocked either, I had the jet and bus first. I had to start a new band to get that one, so looks like I gotta play on the other band to get the clothes achievement.....

Going for the expert ES this weekend, I'm gonna try in one go on guitar I'm finally comfortable enough now that GH metallica bumped up my alt strumming skills quite a bit

I'm beginning to think my game is glitched as well regarding the Road Dog achievement. I have played a set in EVERY venue in EVERY city and no achievement. I even went back and made sure that there were actual sets played and not just mystery or make your own.. still nothing.

Anyone have any insight as to why I haven't gotten this yet?

thanks for the link.. I searched before and couldn't find anything lol. But I think I know what my problem is. When the game came out, I took my 360 to my friends house for a "release party" and we all started a band. A week later, I took it to their house again and left it over the weekend since my g/f and I were going out of town. The only thing I can think is that my friends played our band on controllers other than the one signed in to my profile (which is usually the drums, and I'm the only one that plays drums in our band).. I know they went through a few setlists that weekend so that has to be the cause. Of course, I have NO clue which venues/cities they played while I was gone. I guess I could either just go through and replay a set in each venue on our band or just start a new one. Meh.

Got a question regarding the 'Challenge Master' achievement.
Earlier today i beat the 2 challanges i needed to reach 10 in total. But half the challanges was already played as guitarist, and i did the rest as bassist. Achievement didn't unlock.
If you quit/abandon a challange and change instrument after playing a few songs it won't count?

What i'm saying; for the last two challanges i played 3 songs as guitaris and the rest as bassist.

I dunno but the easiest way to do them in my view, is on bass,
also I think my spend $100,000 is glitched aswell

Me and my friend are going for 1000g, I'm pretty sure I can get Platinum Artist while playing bass, right? Cause I'm not capable of beating Painkiller on expert.

Actually looks like a good mix to me. Plenty of easy ones, lots of medium ones, and several that will tax average players beyond limits.

I'm right behind you now (Charlene) is even better in my opinion, it's about 30 sec. long and like 100 notes, plus it's free! It was very easy for me.

Since a couple of us were discussing new achievements a few months ago (wow time flies) here, I might as well keep the discussion regarding new achievements here.

Lips has received an update that added 250 GS. Like Rock Band, all of its DLC has come as new songs - no expansion or "new" gameplay.

So I definitely think Rock Band should be able to be given a boost, for this reason alone.

The Lips achievements are basically all "Complete ______" or "Perform X Amount of ________" which are basically the ideas we had brought up months earlier.

So why not?

Other easy songs to 100% on expert are:

psycho Killer on drums (no tricky rolls)
We got the beat on Guitar (you never hold more then 2 notes at a time)

I'm going to buy one of the new Beatles guitars and I'm wondering if the "Flawless Guitar Solo" will work with them, as the guide says I need a Stratocaster. Does someone know?

"Stratocaster," really means "any Rock Band guitar," but the guide was made before there were other guitars with solo buttons on the market. Yes, either of the 3 Beatles guitars will work for the achievement.

Completed gamer today 1000/1000. Had to the Band Challenged by myself on voxtar. It was frikin annoying but I finally got it. I found BOS easier than the Band challenges lol
