1. how do I unlock the one shot kill cheat.

You must first beat the game and then you can go and beat the last level of time trial and you will be able to put in the cheat .. The cheat is located in the main menu

I've completed the game on medium and done the time trial to get 'one shot kill'. Can i now go through at complete each level in whatever order i want on Hard and get the achiev?
