Glitch in the game?

I finished the first level with the boars and on the stat screen showed I killed all the enemies however I didn't get the achievement...

Uh the achievement isn't even for killing all the enemys in a level I believe it is just for killing all of them on one floor. When I was playing I just killed all of the enemys on this one floor and it unlocked. Possibly when you went through you may have missed a few on some of floors. If you just play through the game and take your time you will unlock it for sure. I also could be wrong and mine could be glitched lol.
