Buy or Rent?

Hey guys,

I just finished playing the demo and it's much nicer than Madden NFL 06 which I have the 1000 points on, but 06 only took around 4 hours and you only really needed to play one user match to help get all the achievements. Now Madden 07 seems to have alot of achievements, but what is the life span of the game? Could I sim them all in a few hours or do they require playing? Because if alot of achievements requitre user playing and can't just be simmed then to me it would be worth a buy!

So yeah, I want to know if the game is worth buying or just another rent!
